Clients chose to work with Sarah for her ethics, experience, expertise and because she provides concierge services. Connecting clients with vetted vendors and making the moving process smoother and easier is what makes Sarah different. Her concierge service includes everything from help with pre-closing needs like title insurance to post-close needs like painting and utility setup. Sarah is willing to go the extra mile so that you have the most positive outcome and least stressful experience during the home buying or selling process.
Sarah Believes in Making a Difference
Sarah believes that her business can make a difference in the community. Every transaction is about making the lives of her clients better. The primary reason Sarah specializes in serving senior citizens is because she saw that seniors were not being given the type of service they needed in real estate. By building a program specific to seniors Sarah has been able to change the way seniors buy and sell homes. Providing safety and security throughout the process, Sarah has given seniors support and confidence in one of life’s biggest decisions.
In Her Free Time
Family comes first for Sarah. She spends much of her free time enjoying the beauty of Colorado with her husband and son. From backcountry skiing to camping, you can find the three of them outside. Sarah’s husband is the hardest working man she’s ever known and possibly one of the smartest. Her son is just like his dad and the two of them are the light of Sarah’s life.
Sarah runs, a lot. Relentless forward motion is her motto and it works! Sarah aspires to run a marathon in all 50 states. Ask her where she’s running next! If Sarah isn’t outdoors or running you can find her knitting or reading. As Lemony Snicket said, “Never trust anyone who has not brought a book with them”, or a knitting project, of course.
