Will Flowers is a REALTOR at Windermere Real Estate Fort Collins, and has been licensed to sell real estate in Colorado since 2004. Following several years working in customer service for some of Fort Collins’ most well respected builders; KEM Homes, Hartford Homes and Classic Custom Builders, Will entered real estate, specializing in apartment-to-condo conversions & sales. He transitioned into private investments with a local investment & development firm, representing both investors and developers.

Will then chose to join Coldwell Banker-Residential Brokerage in Fort Collins, where he built a strong foundation for his residential real estate business.  With a focis on establishing meaningful relationships with his fellow REALTORS and industry professionals, Will has built a reputation as a collaborator and connector in Colorado real estate.

In early 2016 Will was asked to join the prestigious team at Windermere Real Estate-Fort Collins.  The team focused environment at Windermere allows Will to offer his clients the highest level of professional representation along with unsurpassed results.

Will recently completed the intensive client focused, real estate sales training program, Ninja Selling.  A true investment in his business for the benefit of his clients.  This year he also completed the Colorado Association of REALTORS, Leadership Academy.
